The Flourish Forensic Psychology in Practice team are experienced facilitators and supervisors led by Dr Eve Hepburn, Clinical Director; a Consultant Forensic Psychologist with over twenty years of experience in various roles across forensic mental health settings. Eve has held clinical positions within the NHS and the independent sector, in low and high security hospitals, prison healthcare, probation, police custody liaison and diversion, forensic community mental health, adult mental health rehabilitation, supported accommodation services; and as an expert witness to the Courts and Parole Board. 

Along the way she has supported and supervised many people to progress in their careers. From postgraduate students in her previous role as the deputy programme leader of an MSc Forensic Psychology; to Forensic Psychologists in Training on Doctoral or Post Graduate Practice Programmes, and Assistant Psychologists in clinical practice. 

She is passionate about supporting and developing the next generation of Forensic Psychologists and those working in other professional practice positions, to think creatively and innovatively about how to create a positive impact for people in the mental health and criminal justice systems.
